About Us
In 1974, Elena discovered her passion for cake decorating and design. Ten year later she opened one of the first cake specialty shops in South Florida.
Although many couldn’t imagine how a bakery without pastries and bread would work, she proved them wrong and now, twenty five seven years later, we continue to grow and are a very successful business.
We attribute this to Elena’s attention to fine detail and undeniable great taste.
