In 1974 Elena discovered her passion for cake decorating and design.Ten years later Elena and her husband opened one of the first cake specialty shops in south florida. Al though many couldn't imagine how a bakery without pastries and bread would work, they proved them wrong and now, 27 years later, they continue to grow with the addition of their son Joseph and 3 locations with a 4th on it way.
